We are a leading Civil Engineering Contractor specializing in railway projects for organizations such as Central Railway, Western Railway, Mumbai Railway Vikas Corporation, and DFCCIL (Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Limited), under the Central Government.

As RDSO-approved fabrication contractors, we have successfully executed a wide range of major railway fabrication works over the past 30 years. Our expertise spans the fabrication of Road Over Bridges (ROBs), Foot Over Bridges (FOBs), industrial sheds, platform coverings, pipeline bridges, and water tanks made of structural steel. All our steel structures are fabricated to the highest railway standards, adhering to Railway and RDSO designs, and undergo thorough third-party inspections.

Manufacturing Unit

SPMPL operates a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Palghar, Maharashtra, equipped with the latest machinery, including CNC cutting machines, cranes, SAW welding, CO2 welding, and automated welding systems. Our plant has the capacity to deliver approximately 8,000 MT of steel annually.

Multiple levels of checks are implemented to isolate and eliminate defects and impurities. SPMPL maintains partnerships with various accredited testing laboratories to conduct a wide range of steel tests, tailored to meet specific requirements.

A multi-level quality assurance process is in place to identify and eliminate defects and impurities. Additionally, SPMPL collaborates with accredited testing laboratories to conduct a variety of steel tests, tailored to meet specific requirements.

The growing demand for Road Over Bridges (ROB) and Road Under Bridges (RUB), driven by the rapid expansion of roads and railways, is often challenged by conventional construction methods that disrupt traffic. Steel girders provide a time-efficient, resource-efficient alternative for these structures.

SPMPL specializes in fabricating composite steel girders from hot-rolled steel. We offer a wide range of mild steel (MS) and stainless steel (SS) plates, angles, and channels, all precision-engineered at our state-of-the-art facility. Available in various grades, these materials are rust-resistant, durable, and fully customizable to client specifications.

SPMPL specializes in the fabrication and erection of composite steel girders for Road Over Bridges (ROB) and Road Under Bridges (RUB), built to the specifications set by Indian Railways. Various sectors of Indian Railways are now collaborating to create more efficient structures. The new approach aims to standardize span arrangements and design for steel composite girders, thereby reducing construction time and effort.
