Who we are
30+ years of railway steelwork
Sai Projects (Mumbai) Pvt. Ltd. (SPMPL) works as a civil engineering and fabrication contractor for Central Railway, Western Railway, Mumbai Railway Vikas Corporation (MRVC), DFCCIL and the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai.
Our portfolio includes Road Over Bridges, Foot Over Bridges, elevated station decks, cover-over-platform structures, industrial sheds, pipeline bridges, track-related works and other structural steelwork. Steel structures we fabricate follow Railway or RDSO designs and are inspected by third parties as applicable.
We also built two complete suburban stations, Nahur and Ram Mandir. Nahur station now relieves crowding at neighbouring Mulund.

Milestones from our record
Works that define SPMPL
- Stations
- Construction of the entire Nahur station and the entire Ram Mandir station (MRVC).
- Station decks
- Khar, Borivali, Kandivali, Jogeshwari, Mira Road and Badlapur decks; structural strengthening of the Andheri deck.
- Landmark ROBs
- Hancock semi-through girder ROB, 63 m span (MCGM); Frere ROB at Grant Road (Western Railway); Kopri ROB widening on the Eastern Express Highway (Central Railway).
- Freight corridor
- Three ROBs at Palghar (LC 42, 48 and 55) for DFCCIL.
- Corridor upgrade
- Retracting of platform and slewing of tracks at Palghar for EMU services between Virar and Dahanu Road (Western Railway). The work was completed well within the expected time.
